Dr. Meltzer, who has been in practice since 2007, attended the Temple University School of Dentistry and went on to a residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. A member of the American Academy of Dentistry and Spear Education, Dr. Meltzer has provided care in the Dominican Republic and with Healthcare for the Homeless.
